Great image quality and very durable
Comparing side by side, this scope has slightly better image quality than the ET6245 and much better quality than the 654305MD (both are much more expensive). It's mounted on an HW90 air rifle, a known scope killer due to its harsh double recoil. The mount is a BKL-288-MB which holds firm and is just barely high enough if the mount is set to it's highest elevation setting. The scope has survived about 2000 shots, however not all of those were at the gun's maximum power. Usually does 1 inch groups at 50 yards. Focus is adequate for range finding between 20 and 100 yards for field target. The scope is LONG (be careful when mounting on a break-barrel gun to have it back far enough), on the heavy side and a bit unwieldy but the optics make up for it. No tools required to sight in, just unscrew the caps. The adjustment knobs are held firm by small, finger-adjustable screw fasteners. These loosen after every 50 or so shots (probably not an issue with firearms). In summary, great optics with...
Great glass, no adjustments
This is a great scope with quality good enough to shoot at 1000 yards but can also be used for hunting at 50. have no complaints on the scope other than it only has about 22 moa vertical adjustment so with my .308 i cant reach 600 yard zero, but when i put a 20 moa mount on it i now cant shoot it at 100, will work at 600, and fails to reach 1000. So great if your only looking to stay within say 450 yards.
