Great Product, Amazon best place to purchase one
Great Adapter for the Metz 70 MZ-5 flash system for my Nikon D2H, D100, D300s. Amazon was a little slow in shipping this out, not their usual fast shipping. But they are delivering the newest and latest version M9 so I was happy that I received the just released newer version. Getting your's at Amazon will get you the newest version.

Excellent Metz products as usual. Amazon is selling the latest Nikon module to date M8. S/H was reasonable = free & fast. Can't complain much!
Avoid Metz SCA system - no longer supported
I love Metz flashes and have used them for 25 years. My first Metz flash was Metz 36ct-3 which I still own and works just fine when camera is in manual and flash in auto. I have bought 3 metz 54-mz4 flashes and 4 54-mz3 flashes which all came with hotshoes. I needed to upgrade the hot shoes to the newest firmware which the first 5 got upgraded and only 2 weeks later I sent in two more only to find out that Metz wont upgrade them as they are discontinued or something. I got the first 5 back in only a couple of weeks and after waiting 6 months for the last 2 I got them back the same as I sent them out. So with bad support I am going to be forced to find a new flash for my next camera as my hotshoes are not longer being upgraded and wont work with newer cameras. I currently own a Canon 7d and Canon 20d and needed M5 to work with the 7d which it does just fine. If Metz would offer a usb cable to allow me to program my own hotshoe due to them not upgrading them anymore, I'd be happy...
